    No, the report of the Spitzer Delta being recaptured turned out to be
    incorrect - sorry I didn't correct it in JSR.
    
    My Boeing contact reported on 2003 Aug 29:
    
    The final orbit parameters for the second stage escape orbit were as
    follows:
    C3 = 6.036 km2/sec2
    The DLA and RLA relative to the J2000 coordinate system
    
    DLA (declination of the departure asymtote) = 30.842 deg
    RLA (right ascention of the departure asymtote) = 294.890 deg.
