Hi Greg, Thanks a lot for this page ! I'm reconstructing the whole chain of events from reports originating from South Africa to northern Europe. I want to link the manoeuvers to the visual observations. I've seen myself many fuel dumps and different maneouvers and want to establish a kind of standard to be able to predict in advance what could be seen from a predicted fuel dump according to the altitude and attitude of the rocket stage and the kind of propellant involved. So far, I've noticed many similarities between fuel dumps and the October 18 event provided a weath of visual data to study. So far I've been collecting data and will start analysis only this evening because I had no time before.
