    After days with rain and overcast skies, and cloud fields in the early evening, 
    it cleared completely late in the evening. The LEO window was already over but I 
    captured the HEO SDS-3 object USA 198 (07-060A) with the 100 mm.
    
    It was 2m 39s late and 0.63 degree off-set from the predicted position (elset 
    09267.59672232).
