Rentable web based telescopes for satellite viewing

I am aware of the SLOOH (http://www.slooh.com) system but am
interested in other similar offerings out there.  Is anybody familiar
with similar web based telescopes?  Does anybody have experience /
opinions of these systems?

I am interested in imaging satellites but would prefer to use a
telescope closer to the equator than SLOOH provides (22deg north).
