    Very behind due to wonderful weather and woeful workload.
    
    Poor accuracy on some new (to me) near-geosats. Most were flashing, making
    timings difficult. But I still liked being able to see them, in my 12" Dob.
    12046 (FltSatCom 4) appeared once, with a bright, long flare to +7 mag, then
    not seen again (will also report for PPAS).
