    The lead article is an interesting one on the ISS maneuver on August 27 
    (using the ATV) to avoid Cosmos 2421 debris.
    
    Other items of interest include the finding of the Delta 2 rocket motor 
    casing 20645 (1990-051-C), measurements for Hypervelocity Impact Test 
    Fragments and some articles related to debris mitigation.  In view of New 
    Zealand being in the possible flight path of some debris I am certainly in 
    favour of mitigation or elimination even though it would mean less chance of 
    observing a decay lol.
