For the last couple of weeks, every evening that I have been out I have seen a bright flaring geosat at about 1:40-45 UTC at about RA 1:00 (at first) to about RA 1:45 (last night). The last few evenings it's been visible without binoculars, about +3.5 magnitude for a few minutes. When I have tried to ID it I have not gotten consistent results, so it may be that it was a different one two weeks ago than it was the last few evenings.
