Observed 90023 and Intelsat 1R ( 26608 ) do there flaring thing :)
Both where Magnitude 8 are brighter. All I need is to, wait for them to reach a area of sky, around 12 hours difference from the sun, in order to see them.
Hopefully if all goes as planned, Intelsat 1R flares up to naked eye brightness, in a few days.
I expect to be clouded out, so hopefully someone can keep an eye on it.
Now to see if I can spot Inmarsat F4-2 ( 28899 ) as I have in the past.
Kevin
