The NOSS 3-2 pair (03-054A and C, 28095 and 28097) flared to at least -1 magnitude at about 1:57:30-1:58:00, just before entering the Earth's shadow, about five degrees or so above Cassiopeia, going mostly down. It looks like the Quicksat phase angle at the time was about 45 degrees (where full would be zero and new would be 180). I was at the Ney Museum grounds, 30.307N, 97.727W, 150m.
