One from vacation that puzzles me appears to be 22877, GPS 2-23, which appeared to be blinking from 0:47:23 to 1:04:15 UT in my low NE sky: 93- 68 A 07-10-12 01:04:15 BY 101.0 0.2 30 3.37 FF mag 5->inv I don't see a record of USA 96 blinking in the PPAS archives?? My id came from positions against Highfly tracking, which of course I cannot publish here.
