    Thank you, Rich, for posting this.  It's pretty weird.  I have
    heard that Space Command (a.k.a. ?) has more than 1,000 objects
    ("uncorrelated targets") smaller than 30 cm.  I don't know what 
    the RCS of the object in the above story would be, but I kind 
    of wonder if it might be one of the uncorrelated targets.  On 
    the other hand, it looks like a meat hook....
