Astra 1B and Anik E2

    Astra 1B observed giving, a slow flare every approx 5 minutes. I call it a flare, due to how long
    the event last's. Rather faint, some of the flares where, mag 9 are fainter

    Anik E2 ( 21222 ) was observed giving bright flashes, between 3:54 to 4:05 UTC ( Oct 17 )
    
    So bright flashes occured between
    
    1 h 15 m to 1 h 25 m R.A
    
    and around -10 deg 40 m Dec
    
    Video showing 2 bright flashes, with at least a fainter one in between.
