    Looking at the ground-track map, mission timeline, etc., for 
    the launch window of 0:22-1:33 Oct. 11 UTC, perhaps it might 
    be possible for folks in Europe, Africa, and/or northeastern 
    South America to track at least some of the later events in 
    the launch of the Wideband Global SatCom satellite?
