Has anyone who's observed Hubble ever seen it flare? I just saw it pass over my location (Knoxville, 35.9676°N, 84.0251°W) and right as it hit closest approach it flared very bright. Possibly Mag 1.5 to 1. It then quickly went back to mag 3 to 3.5 and cruised on to the East. This is the first time I've actively looked for it, but didn't expect a flare. -- Gregory S.
