SeaSat (10967) was wonderful again last night, mag 2 and slowly rising from
Cassiopeia in the NE to Scutum in the S, bright the whole way. GOES 9 seen
flashing 5 times, used bright 3 for PPAS below. No sign of 23200 flaring
next to it, I have yet to see a flaring geosat "on season".

    Notes:
    1) Timings only on flash this report, not on slow AA cycle.
    2) Caught end of previous flare, plus one flash 10.25s before start of this
    flare.
    3) First and last flashes were 8 mag and I must've missed another, used best
    bright 3.
