From two different locations Mike and I both saw the
Foton M-3 Rk (07-40B, 32059), and it was very bright.
It was at an orbital height of 155 miles (248 km),
so it won't be up there for very long. I estimated
magnitude zero, and Mike thought it was +0.5; this
was at a range of about 220 miles (352 km). I was
just watching it from outside my apartment with no
binoculars and could not see any variation.
