Today's Metop launch attempt was scrubbed just seconds before planned liftoff.
A new date for another launch attempt will apparently be announced Wednesday
morning (18-OCT-06). Just in case they decide on a 24 hour turnaround here
are the data for a Wednesday launch:
    	Liftoff at 16:28:13.1 UTC, 18-OCT-06

The following TLE set will be valid from separation of Metop from the Fregat
upper stage at 17:37 UTC, 18-OCT-06:

    Metop Sep
    1 29499 06044A 06291.73399421 0.00000000 00000-0 16385-4 0 1
    2 29499 98.7319 349.2669 0001000 162.2553 126.0296 14.21409836 1

Visibility would be quite similar to today's launch.
