Started with slow moving Milstar 3.

DMSP 7 did 1 bright flash soon after last point.

Lacrosse 4 about 1.5 seconds early on 06281.13343321

I started tracking #25991 near theta hercules and planned to go to Sheliak,
beta lyra, to track #28095 and #28097. While still tracking #25991 the other
2 sats passed by it on their way to beta lyra. I hadn't planned that! No
point was able to be reduced on #28095.

Below freezing and seeing to almost 11 mag in telescope.
