    I have emended my copy of the table for  object #23994, which as reported in 
    vol 1 #2 of the Orbital Debris Quarterly is  the severed portion of the 
    gravity-gradient boom of the CERISE satellite, the  result of an on-orbit collision 
    with object #18208, a piece of debris from the  SPOT 1 rocket body.
    The entry now reads:
    "CERISE gravity-gradient  boom fragment"
    instead of simply "Helios 1A fragment" (which it ain't).
