A number of the articles are likely to be of interest to list members, for
example there is one concerning debris mitigation plans for ERBS and UARS.<<

Being fascinated with on-orbit fragmentations, I went to the website and
printed out all the issues of the Quarterly for my files. Great stuff! But for
some reason >volume 1 number 1< is a PDF that's ten times the size of any of
the others, and it is apparently too large for my Web browser to download
(more than 6 MB), since I keep getting "file damaged" errors when I try to print
it out. (Or perhaps the file has become degraded at the website.) Does
anybody out there happen to have a usable copy of the volume 1 number 1 PDF that he
or she could send me as a file attachment? It would be most appreciated!
    Please reply off list.
