USSTRATCOM provided one elset for each of the following objects :

28879 2005-040A SZ-6
28880 2005-040B CZ-2F R/B 
28881 2005-040C OBJECT C 
28882 2005-040D OBJECT D 

Ted, your guesses for both the ship (circularized orbit) and the rocket are accurate,
~10 seconds offset now at 1200 UTC. Fine job !
