MPM + REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 05275.569... - 05276.121...(SFX 085, ap 010)
the decay on:
4 October, 04:20 UTC +/- 45 minutes (43.65°N, 116.40°E), descending over China. 
 
SPACE-TRACKs last released message - prepared 3 Oct, 04:12 UTC - shows the decay on:

4 October, 04:37 UTC +/- 15 hours (11.6°S, 169.7°E) also southbound over the Pacific.
