Hi all, I just got this from a Heavens-Above user, and wonder if it has any connection with recent reports of a reentry/meteor ? I cannot read the AOL report either. I read through your FAQ and could not find the answer to my question: On Oct 13 at 5:30 AM (PST) I observed what I believe to be burning space junk re-entering the atmosphere. It travelled from N to S slower than a meteorite and faster than a satellite. I have seen an iridium flare before and am certain it was not one as it was travelling far too fast. Do you know if it is possible to confirm what I saw? It was quite low in the sky (I'm in Vancouver, BC). thanks, Bill Kingsland ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Subscribe/Unsubscribe info, Frequently Asked Questions, SeeSat-L archive: http://www.satobs.org/seesat/seesatindex.html
