    It appears from the trajectory that it passed close to here on its final
    orbit (in daylight.)
    
    I would have been waiting for a bus at about that time, and facing the right
    direction at least some of the time but I don't recall seeing anything
    unusual - I guess it may have been too small to see anyway till it actually
    decayed?
    
    It seems that 28425 Long March rocket  decayed too far to the NorthEast to
    be seen here, though the "uncertainty after predicted time" takes it close
    to New Zealand - two "near misses" in 24 hours!
