    In addition to the usual rotation, the object was scintillating.
    
    From 2003 Oct 22 until Nov 13 UTC, the object will be in constant sunlight; as a
    result, the effect of SRP (Solar Radiation Pressure) on its mean motion is
    expected to fall to near zero. This period may be barely long enough to reliably
    measure the change.
