    OK this (and Carl's note) explains why I didn't see it 19:29-19:39 UTC
    either  ;-)
    
    But I don't know how I could miss the second pass of USA 129, 19:32:45
    near gam UMa, watching +- 2.5 min.
    Rel. to new elset, it was only a few tenths of a sec late at 17:55.
    
    I also missed IGS 1A, watching -0.5/+3 min, predicted fainter than 1B by
    +0.8 mag, and USA 116 -1/+2 min (at just 12 deg el, +7.7 predicted, over
    the City!)
