WRMS residuals = 0.014 deg

This arc was centred just past the predicted peak rate of energy loss due to SRP
(Solar Radiation Pressure); over the next 10 days the orbit will precess into a
period of constant sunlight, causing the rate of energy loss to decrease to near
zero.
