Cosmos 372 rk 76-86B appeared on opposite track a minute before.

24680 agrees with observations yesterday from 5919, so it has not yet
manoeuvred. USA 102 and USA 161 (2 passes each) and USA 116 were also on
time 2003-10-05. All (?) obs should be a sinch to reduce with ObsReduce,
once I can decipher the poor audio recordings.
