    99-28A:  No flickering observed but 3 flares about 10s apart when mag brightened
    by about 1.0 were seen shortly before the last point on the first pass.  The
    satellite was nearing a brightness minimum at the time.
    
    97-68B:  Patchy cloud around but I was surprised not to find it.  I'll give it
    top priority at the next opportunity.
