There is a program called first orb by Rainer Kracht which takes the observations in R.A and Dec and generates a orbit from them. It can be downloaded off a ftp server ftp://ftp.satellite.eu.org/pub/sat/programs/ibmpc Look for something called first.exe Then you use a program like mike mccants fitelem program, to improve the orbit based on those observations Fitelem can be found here http://users2.ev1.net/~mmccants/programs/index.html Have fun, I have tried to generate an orbit from observations and fail.
