As the time for the -2 flare from Ir 72 #25343 98032B neared i spotted a sat
starting to brighten in the area of the predicted location but this object
was going W to E, not N to S and a mag of 3. However moments later, and a
degree or two away Ir 72 became visible, crossed paths with the object and
flared to -2 mag. The time was 02:23 23 Oct UTC Az 21 deg El 52 deg (for the
flare). The object ID'd as Rosat #20638 90049A.
