There's a new report on J002E3, that possible Apollo 12 Saturn IV-B, on this site: http://neo.jpl.nasa.gov/ They say evidence is increasing that it may indeed be that object. A pre-discovery image was found which extended the orbital baseline a lot and may result in finding even earlier pre-discovery images. They've found that it's affected by solar radiation pressure in a way that's not inconsistent with such an object. One of the observers they mention is Richard Fredrick, who was and maybe still is a SeeSat-L subscriber.
