Last night Gorizont 14 (87-040A, 17969) was flashing to about
+4.5, with flash period of about 87.8 seconds. The time was
about 2:56:39 to 3:14:12 Oct 16 UTC. PPAS format later.
Four or five geosats were still visible with 10x50s, in spite
    of the moonlight.
    BCRC site: 30.315N, 97.866W, 280m.
