There was catalogued new debris associated with the ISS, namely
1998-067Y (27539), probably originating from EVA-2 (time of cataloguing
approx. early 2002-10-13). I have two questions:
    1) Does somebody know the nature of this object?
    2) Did somebody make COLA computation against ISS to estimate TCA (i.e.
approx. time of separation from ISS)?
