STS can not have a lowered perigee, and keep BOTH
    its ndot2=0.00071 and B*=0.10050*10^-3 !?

BTW it now passes much too early to be seen at my latitude, but I had a
beautiful sighting 2 deg above Stockholm City Hall 18:48 local daylight time
    2002-10-09.

BTW2 I'll be in Eire (Ireland) Thursday-Monday but can hardly see STS or ISS
    there either.
