Inaccurate Superbird-A obs

    Though I was watching Orion's belt almost continously, Superbird-A seemed to
    start flashing at 11 s period almost instantly at 3:41.0 UTC 2002-10-03. Perhaps
    I was looking too close to the belt. Phase shift not observed.
    
    At 3:44.5 the flashes grew fainter, and only every 22 s
    
    3:46.5 no flashes visible in 7*30
