1999-026D (#25738) Pegasus RB 2 (HAPS)
SPACECOM'S FINAL REPORT - prepared Oct 31, 15:40 UTC - shows the
decay on
    31 October, 15:24 UTC +/- 49 minutes (28.3°N, 222.3°E)
on an ascending pass over the Pacific.
My final analysis with MPM+REENTRY and the ELSETs 01304.277... -
01304.572... delivers the decay on
    31 October, 15:22 UTC +/- 11 minutes (19.75°N, 224.08°E)
on the same pass also over the Pacific. This is 2 minutes earlier
as my preceding prediction has shown.
