SPACECOM'S 2 HOURS BEFORE DECAY message - prepared Oct 29, 12:22 UTC
shows the decay on 
      29 October, 12:47 UTC +/- 25 minutes (55.6°S,140.6°E)
on a northbound pass over Indian Ocean.
MPM+REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 01302.371...- 01302.485...
the decay on 
     29 October, 12:45.5 UTC +/- 22 minutes (60.47°S, 124.33°E)
on the same pass also over the Indian Ocean.
