2001-047B (#26954) Delta 2 RB

SPACECOM'S FINAL REPORT - prepared Oct 25, 14:30 UTC - shows the
decay on
    25 October, 11:40 UTC +/- 03 hours (45.4°S, 193.4°E)
on an ascending pass over the Pacific. This is the same prediction as 
their 2 HOURS BEFORE DECAY forecast.
MPM+REENTRY included for the final analysis a "last" ELSET 
01298.24855... and delivers now
    25 October, 11:41.5 UTC +/- 07 minutes (39.64°N, 189.18°E)
on the same pass also over the Pacific. This means a small shift
(-1.5 minutes) against my preceding prediction.
