SPACECOM'S 2 HOURS BEFORE DECAY message - prepared 09:16 UTC -
predicts the decay on
     25 October, 11:40 UTC +/- 03 hours (45.5°S, 193.4°E)
on a northbound pass over the Pacific.
MPM+REENTRY delivers including the new ELSET 01298.248... the decay
on   25 October, 11:43 UTC +/- 17 minutes (34.33°S, 185.69°E)
on the same pass also over the Pacific.
