Dear List, I had the pleasure of watching a real nice pair of passes by the above-mentioned satellites earlier this evening with about a 30 minute interval between passes. The ISS was easily at 0.2 mag as indicated by Heavens-Above. As for the SOYUZ-TM33 pass, it lasted about 90 seconds and was also quite bright ... probably mag +2 in the worst case scenario. I acquired the satellite at about 15-deg alt in the northwest and observed it go north of Polaris, through Cepheus and eventually set in the south-west.
