At this time (18:30 UTC) there is no FINAL REPORT from SPACECOM.
Their  2 HOURS BEFORE DECAY - prepared Oct 21, 06:30 UTC - shows
the decay on
    21 October, 08:44 UTC +7- 02 hours (24.8°N, 29.6°E)
on a descending pass over the Gulf of Oman.
MPM+REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 01293.917... - 01294.316...
the decay on
    21 October, 08:23 UTC +/- 27 minutes (02.61°N, 340.42°E)
on an ascending pass over the Atlantic.
