Report time18:00 UTC
1983-030B (#13985) Delta RB 1
At this time there is no FINAL REPORT from SPACECOM. Their 2 HOURS
BEFORE DECAY message - prepared Oct 18, 08:07 UTC - showed the decay
on 18 October, 10:33 UTC +/- 05 hours (22.2°S, 238.0°E)
on a northbound pass over the Pacific. This prediction is identical
with their 6 HOURS BEFORE DECAY forecast.
My final analysis - including a last issued ELSET 01291.106... and
the current geomagnetic data - delivers a small shift against my
preceding prediction and shows now
18 October, 10:32 UTC +/- 11 minutes (23.04°S, 233.97°E)
also ascending over the Pacific.
