1983-030B (#13985) Delta R/B 1

SPACECOM'S  6 HOURS BEFORE DECAY message - prepared Oct 18,04:32 UTC
shows the decay on
    18 October, 10:33 UTC +/- 05 hours (22.2°S, 238.0°E)
on a northbound pass over the Pacific.
MPM+REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 01290.837... - 01291.082...
the decay on
    18 October, 10:25 UTC +/- 22 minutes (25.30°S, 204.10°R)
on a southbound pass also over the Pacific.
If the RB survive for some minutes it will be crossing South
America. But let us wait for the ELSET.
