Despite gusty wind and some clouds, we just saw
    26692 (01-004C) make a VERY FAST near-perigee pass
through lower Aquila. At approximately 23:11.2 UTC
    (10/17/2001) it appeared about 4 - 4-1/2 magnitude.

A nice, fast, easy-to-see (near perigee) object.

    Clear and dark skies!
