2001-045C (#26938) Raduga 1-6 Proton 3.stage 'Platform' aka casing

SPACECOM'S 2HOURS BEFORE DECAY REPORT - prepared Oct 07,09:42 UTC -
shows the decay on
    07 October, 12:01 UTC +/- 02 hours (47.2°N,135.2°E)
on a northbound pass over Far East Russia.

MPM+REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs  01280.058 - 01280.303...
the decay on
    07 October, 11:59 UTC +/- 14 minutes (43.28°N, 125.07°E)
on the same pass over China.
