2000-067B (#26581) Proton RB

Based on the last two ELSETs 00296.887... and 00297.191... MPM + REENTRY delivers
the decay on      23 October, 10:46 UTC +/- 11 minutes (51.56°N, 251.12°E)
on an ascending pass over Canada (Saskatchewan/ Manitoba) around the northern  
apex.
SPACECOMs  6 HOURS BEFORE DECAY message - prepared Oct 23, 05:41 UTC - predicts
                 23 October, 11:37 UTC +/- 04 hours (50.0°S, 85.1°E)
also ascending over the southern Indian Ocean.
