2000-064B (#26571) PROGRESS (SOYUZ-U) RB

SPACECOM's FINAL REPORT  -prepared Oct 18, 08:18 - shows the decay on
                 18 October, 08:04 UTC +/- 32  minutes (46.4°S, 78.1°E)
on a southbound pass over the Indian Ocean.
MPM + REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 00292.110 - 00292.231... the decay on
                 18 October, 08:03 UTC +/- 07 minutes (44.59°S, 73.20°E)
on the same pass over the Indian Ocean.
