Heavens-above has Oak Ridge TN in its database( 36.01N, 84.27W). The ISS pass for Friday Oct 13 culminated at 19:46 EDT rather than 20:11 so I dont think the object seen was the ISS. A perusal of the bright satellite predictions (from Heavens-above)for the evening suggest an identification with the Resurs 1 rocket. Tony Beresford Adelaide, So.
