    prediction. The possibility that this might decay across N America
    evaporated as the decay shifted earlier. SpaceCom has still to post 
    its final notice, but I am sure this decayed on the above rev, 
    possibly near the following southbound equator crossing over central
    Africa. That final rev took it southbound over Europe from SW Ireland
    at 17:38 UTC to Barcelona, Spain, at 17:42.
